Leidos Invictus Games
Mixed Media Explainer Video
The Invictus Games is an international multi-sport event, in which wounded, injured or sick armed services personnel and veterans compete in events including wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and indoor rowing.
Leidos requested we create a promotion video to play during the 2018 Invictus Games in Sydney. The video would build brand awareness around what Leidos was doing for wounded veterans and their families. The video would need to be formatted and designed to play on a jumbotron screen during the event.
Our creative director proposed we give the visuals a futuristic look and feel, to position Leidos as an innovator in the Healthcare IT vertical. Our team sourced footage of wounded athletes competing in sports, as well as a broad range of military and medical assets. These diverse themes are tied together in the final video using graphic overlays and floating data that visualize the work Leidos is doing to interconnect Healthcare system and provide better care to our wounded veterans.
